HOW TO COOK:
Defrost Frozen puri for 5-10 minutes at room temperature. preheat oil (200 C) at medium heat and then fry frozen puris for 30-40 seconds or until they turn golden brown. Serve hot with Achaar. Aloo Chana , Halwa or any other of your choice.
FUN RECIPE FOR PANEER SAMOSA! IRRESISTIBLY DELICIOUS WITH YOGURT SAUCE:
Mix cream, salt, green coriander, green chilies and cumin powder in yogurt to prepare yogurt sauce. Fry Paneer Samosas in hot oil. Serve with yogurt sauce. Enjoy!
